T-N's founder, Co-Founder, CEO, President, Vice-President, Managing Director and Chief Editor Sir Richard Head DSO, CBE, EIEIO, is as barmy as a demented Natterjack toad on speed.  At the opening ceremony of the site he gave a speech that had all rolling with laughter as he stood there in straw boater, old school tie, flippers and odd socks.  He went on to entertain the crowd with his Pekinese juggling before being sectioned under the Mental Health Act.
